Several locations, or a company that runs twenty buildings: one license per location, one account for all of them, every page printed with each location’s own name. A campus with several levels of care under one name and address is one location.
What a group gets
- $149 a year per location, the same price as everyone. Each location has its own invoice, and the W-9 and your purchase order number are in the account.
- Every location’s name on its own pages. Each building prints “Licensed to [its name]” in the footer.
- Every level of care, independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, under each location’s license.
- Add a location any time. Its library opens the same day, on its own $149 invoice.
- One account, many staff. Each activity director signs in to their own location’s library; the group office sees the invoices.
- New pages every month, Regular and Bold, to every building at once, with a Story Starter on each.
How it starts
License your first location by card or invoice, then add the others from your account. Each library opens the same day, net 30 on invoices, money back within 30 days for any location that doesn’t take to it, and they keep what they printed.
