Tablewell is published by Both/And Bloom Life Design Co., Fort Collins, Colorado ("we"). These terms cover the free pages, the Tablewell license, and your Tablewell account.
What we collect. Your name, organization, role, and work email when you request free pages; your answers if you choose to tell us more; the number of people you enter; and, if you license, billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
Your words, if you choose to share them. We may ask "What happened at the table?" in your account. If you answer and tick the box that lets us share it, we show your exact words on our website with your first name, role, and organization, and nothing else. You can take them down at any time in Settings, and they come off the site right away. If you don't tick the box, your answer stays private. We use it only to make the library better. We never offer anything in return for an answer.
What we use it for. To put your organization’s name on your pages, send your pages and account emails, send a short series of emails about Tablewell after the free pages, send reminders you ask for, issue invoices, and improve the library.
What we never do. Sell or rent your information, or share it with anyone except the services that run Tablewell for us (email delivery, payment processing, hosting), and only for those purposes.
Emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Account and billing emails continue while you have an account.
Your choices. You can update or delete your account and your information from your account settings, or ask through the message box.
Retention. We keep records only as long as your account is active, plus what tax and accounting law requires.
Children. Tablewell is for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Contact. Questions about privacy go to the message box in your Tablewell account.
