Tablewell is published by Both/And Bloom Life Design Co., Fort Collins, Colorado ("we"). These terms cover the free pages, the Tablewell license, and your Tablewell account.
1. What the license is. A Tablewell license lets one location make unlimited copies of every Tablewell coloring page, in Regular and Bold, for 12 months from the day it starts. A location is one building, or one campus operating under one name and one address.
2. Who can use it. Any staff member or volunteer of the licensed location may print and hand out pages to the people it serves, their families, and visitors, at the location or in their homes and rooms.
3. Copies you can make. As many as you need, on any printer or copier, for use by the people above.
4. What the license does not allow. Posting pages or files publicly online, sharing them with another location, selling them, including them in a product for sale, or using them to train or prompt software that generates images. Each additional location needs its own license.
5. Free pages. The free pages carry the same terms as the license, for the location named on the cover, with no time limit.
6. Price and payment. $149 per location for 12 months, paid by card or by invoice (net 30). The library opens when you license. If an invoice is unpaid 45 days after it is issued, the library closes until it is paid.
7. Money back. Within 30 days of the start of your license, you can cancel from your account and receive a full refund. You keep every page you printed before cancelling.
8. Renewal. Card licenses renew automatically each year at the price then shown on the site; we email a reminder 30 and 7 days before. Invoiced licenses renew by a new invoice sent 30 days before. You can turn off renewal in your account at any time.
9. After the license ends. Printed pages already handed out stay in use. New printing stops, and the library closes in your account.
10. Ownership. The drawings, Story Starters, and the Tablewell name belong to Both/And Bloom Life Design Co. The license grants use, not ownership.
11. Not medical care. Tablewell is an activity resource. It is not a treatment and not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.
12. Changes and contact. We may update these terms and will post the date at the top. Questions go to the message box in your Tablewell account.
